What is the reason why forklift batteries cannot be charged?

The forklift battery cannot be charged. First, check if you are charging it correctly and if the battery connector is connected correctly.
Battery charging method: Insert the charger plug into the charging socket, and connect the other end to a 220V AC power source. At this point, the "POWER" indicator light is on (red light is on), and after a few seconds, the work indicator light is on (middle green light is on), and the charger will automatically charge according to the normal charging program; If the battery is not connected, the charger will remain in standby mode (power indicator light on). When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light (green light) will be on. End charging, unplug the charging plug to end charging.
Charging must be carried out in a dark, ventilated, and dry place.
When not in use for a long time, the battery should be charged and discharged once a month.
The correct charging method mentioned above cannot solve your problem. Please check if the electrolyte level is too low and add battery water.
If it's not these issues, then the battery is aging or has broken poles, requiring repair or replacement of the battery pack.
