Leave a message

The three guarantee regulations for electric vehicle batteries include the following aspects:
1. Battery: Within one year from the date of purchase, if there is leakage, bulging or other phenomena, and the battery capacity is less than 60% after testing, the battery can be replaced free of charge.
2. Motor: Within two years of purchase, if the motor cannot operate normally due to damage to components such as bearings, gears, carbon brushes, commutators, etc., and the fault occurs again within one month after repair, the motor can be replaced free of charge. If the motor casing cracks, it can also be replaced free of charge.
3. Controller: If the speed cannot be adjusted within one year, free maintenance can be carried out. If the malfunction occurs again within one month after repair, the controller can be replaced free of charge.
4. Charger: If it cannot be charged within one year, it can be repaired for free. If the fault occurs again within one month after repair, the charger can be replaced free of charge.

However, please note that damages caused by the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1. Failure to use and maintain the electric vehicle in accordance with the instructions;
2. Use electric vehicles for other purposes or engage in dangerous operations;
3. Disassemble parts without authorization or use non original parts;
4. Traffic accidents, accidental collisions, chemical corrosion or damage caused by operating leases;
5. Damage caused by driving on abnormal roads;
6. Carry out repairs at non company designated repair locations;
7. No invoice or warranty card.
The warranty period for electric vehicle batteries is generally one year. Please note that the repair or replacement of the battery during the warranty period is conditional, and it is recommended that consumers carefully understand the relevant policies when purchasing.
